1. Business Details

By placing an order with Craftee Creator, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


2. Payments

  • All payments are processed at checkout via Shopify Payments (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other supported methods).
  • Invoicing or bank transfer is available on request for schools, clubs or organisers.
  • Orders are not processed until payment has been received.

3. Custom Products

All products are custom‑printed using artwork supplied by the customer. For this reason:

  • No returns are accepted for change of mind.
  • No reprints are provided if incorrect artwork is uploaded.
  • No reprints are provided for incorrect size selection unless the error is due to printing or manufacturing.
  • Evidence (photos) is required for any quality or sizing concerns.

Craftee Creator prints artwork exactly as supplied, with minor adjustments (such as colour enhancement or removal of background shading) made only to improve print quality. The final product may not match the original artwork 100%.


4. Artwork Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork is:

  • Clear, well‑lit and easy to see
  • Bright, bold colours where possible
  • Minimal shading
  • Uploaded in JPG or PNG format (PDFs not accepted)

Poor‑quality artwork may result in reduced print quality.


5. Fundraising Earnings

Schools, clubs or organisers earn $5 per shirt sold, subject to the following conditions:

  • The fundraiser must be pre‑registered with Craftee Creator.
  • Earnings apply only during the agreed fundraising period.
  • A simple report will be provided showing total quantities and total earnings.
  • No personal customer data will be shared with organisers, schools or clubs.
  • Funds will be transferred to the nominated bank account of the event organiser (school, club, parent or volunteer).
  • Craftee Creator accepts no responsibility if funds transferred to the organiser are not subsequently passed on to the school or club.

Fundraising payments are made within 10 business days of the fundraiser ending.


6. Shipping

  • Orders are printed and shipped within 7–20 business days.
  • All printing is completed in Melbourne.
  • Shipping is available Australia‑wide only.
  • Orders are delivered via Australia Post or CouriersPlease, depending on location.
  • Tracking is included on all orders.
  • Shipping is included in all product prices unless otherwise stated.

7. Liability

Craftee Creator is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by customers
  • Artwork uploaded in low quality
  • Fundraising funds not passed on by the organiser to the school or club

To the extent permitted by law, Craftee Creator’s liability is limited to the replacement of faulty goods.


8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
