Delivery

Orders are printed and shipped within 7–20 business days.

All shirts are printed locally in Melbourne.

We ship Australia‑wide.

Orders are delivered via AusPost or CouriersPlease (depending on your location).

Tracking is included on all orders.

Artwork Quality

We print exactly what you upload, so please ensure your artwork is:

• Clear and well‑lit
• Bright, bold colours
• Minimal shading where possible

To improve print quality, we may make small adjustments such as boosting colour intensity or removing light background shading. The final print may not match the original artwork 100%, but we always aim for the best possible result.

Accepted file types: JPG or PNG (no PDFs).

Returns & Reprints

Because each shirt is custom‑printed with your child’s artwork, we cannot accept:

• Change‑of‑mind returns
• Reprints for incorrect artwork uploaded
• Reprints for incorrect size chosen

We will happily arrange a reprint if there is a printing or quality issue. Evidence (photos) is required so we can assess and resolve the issue quickly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in all orders unless otherwise stated. Fundraiser and individual orders ship the same way.
