Ordering & Artwork

How do I upload my child’s artwork

You can upload a photo of the artwork directly on the product page. Use a clear, well‑lit photo taken straight on (not at an angle).

What file types do you accept

We accept JPG and PNG files. PDFs are not supported.

Can I upload digital artwork

Yes — digital drawings are welcome as long as they are saved as JPG or PNG.

Do you offer coloured t‑shirts

Not at the moment — all shirts are printed on white AS Colour tees to ensure the artwork prints cleanly and consistently. We plan to offer coloured t‑shirts in the future as our range expands.

What if I upload the wrong artwork

Because each shirt is custom‑printed, we cannot offer reprints or refunds for incorrect artwork uploads. Please double‑check before adding to cart.

Will the print look exactly like the artwork

We print exactly what you upload, with small adjustments (e.g., colour enhancement or removing light background shading) to improve print quality. The final print may not match the original artwork 100%, but we always aim for the best possible result.


Sizing

How do I choose the right size

All shirts use AS Colour tees, known for their consistent, true‑to‑size fit. If unsure, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Can I exchange for a different size

We cannot reprint or exchange for incorrect size selection unless there is a printing or manufacturing error.

How long does delivery take

Orders are printed and shipped within 7–20 business days.

Where do you ship

We ship Australia‑wide.

Which courier do you use

Orders are delivered via Australia Post or CouriersPlease, depending on your location.

Is tracking included

Yes — all orders include tracking.

Is shipping included

Yes — shipping is included in all orders unless otherwise stated.


Returns & Reprints

Do you accept change‑of‑mind returns

No — all shirts are custom‑printed with your child’s artwork.

What if there is a printing issue

If there is a printing or quality issue, we will arrange a reprint. Photos are required so we can assess the issue quickly.

What if I chose the wrong size

We cannot reprint for incorrect size selection unless the error is due to printing or manufacturing.


Fundraising (Schools & Clubs)

How does the fundraiser work

Schools and clubs earn $5 per shirt sold during their agreed fundraising period.

Do we need to register first

Yes — fundraisers must be pre‑registered with Craftee Creator.

What information do schools receive

Schools and organisers receive a simple report showing:

  • Total shirts sold
  • Total fundraising amount

No personal customer information is shared with schools, clubs, or organisers.

When are fundraising payments made

Payments are made within 10 business days of the fundraiser ending, to the organiser’s nominated bank account.

What if the organiser doesn’t pass the funds on to the school

Craftee Creator transfers funds to the nominated organiser account. We cannot take responsibility if funds are not passed on to the school or club.


General

Can I order more shirts later

Yes — simply revisit the product page and upload the artwork again. For fundraisers, additional shirts ordered after the fundraising period do not contribute to fundraising totals.

Can multiple children’s artworks be ordered in one transaction

Yes — just upload each artwork separately and add each shirt to your cart.

Do you keep the artwork

No — artwork is only used for printing your order.
